Green Mountain Technology & Career Center

GMTCC is a technical high school that serves students from Craftsbury Academy, Hazen Union School, Lamoille Union High School, Peoples Academy, and Stowe High School. All students who attend GMTCC are working toward high school graduation as well as the acquisition of industry credentials, college placement credits, and real-world technical skills. Our students and their parents consistently say the education at GMTCC is focused, relevant and engaging. The pathways to post-secondary learning include: four-year colleges, two-year colleges, specialized technical schools, and apprenticeships. Employment during and after high school is greatly enhanced by the award of industry rated credentials that are highly valued by employers. Last year’s senior survey reports that 89% of our students plan to enter related work or post-secondary training after leaving GMTCC. Learning does not end at GMTCC.
