The AS: Engineering Technology- Renewable Energy Technician is comprised of 15 credit hours of general education courses, 18 credit hours of core subject course, and 25 credits of specialization credits—totaling 60 credits. Coursework covers, but is not limited to the following topics: Engineering Design Mechanical Measurement & Instrumentation Renewable Energy from the Ocean Hydrokinetic Power Industrial Tools and Equipment Wind Energy Systems and Installation Solar Energy Photovoltaic Systems and Installation Conceptual Physics Electronics Industrial Safety Professional Internship
