Norwalk Community College, formerly Norwalk State Technical College and Norwalk Community-Technical College, is a public community college in Norwalk, Connecticut. It is the second-largest of the twelve colleges in the Connecticut State Colleges & Universities system system. The school, which has an open admissions policy, offers 45 associate degree and 26 certificate programs. Along with certificates, the college grants the Associate in Arts, Associate in Science, and Associate in Applied Science degrees. Graduates of NCC are eligible for articulated admission to the Connecticut state university system and the University of Connecticut.

Norwalk Community College offers Associate of Science and Associate of Applied Science degrees in architectural engineering, computer science, engineering science, web development, technology studies, and art and design. Students in the art and design program can choose between two tracks: one designed for web careers, and the other for graphics design careers. The college also offers certificate programs in art and design, computer-aided design, relational database development, and web developer.
