Western Nevada College offers courses in science, technology, and engineering, with concentrations in biomedical, mechanical, and computer. WNC hosts a division, The Professional & Applied Technology (PAT) division, that offers a Bachelor of Applied Science degree, Associate of Applied Science degrees, certificates of achievement, certification and licensing preparation, and special academic programs. The mission of the division is to help students earn a four-year degree, prepare students for transfer to four-year colleges and/or to provide them with the knowledge they need for their careers.
