he goal of the Four Walls CTE Center programs is to promote self-sufficiency for adults age 18 and over, disadvantaged District residents through contextual learning opportunities that build basic and workplace literacy, employment, entrepreneurial and technological skills so that they can acquire a high school diploma, obtain competitive employment and /or pursue post-secondary education.
