The Michigan Career & Technical Institute (MCTI) is a post-secondary vacational and technical training center for adults with disabilities in Michigan. It is the 2nd largest rehabilitation training center in the country. MCTI is supported by the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity and Michigan Rehabilitation Services.
