A Lima Building Trades apprenticeship is an arrangement that combines classroom training with on-the-job training. All of our skilled trades offer apprenticeships so you can choose the field that interests you. You will be partnered with an experienced journeyman and will immediately begin to learn and work at your trade. Our classroom instruction is performed by skilled, qualified teachers who know the job and can give you the benefit of their experience. Through this combination of training, you will gain the skills and technical knowledge needed to succeed in your career.
