What Kennesaw Mountain High School Academy of Mathematics, Science, and Technology can offer you.
The Academy of Mathematics, Science, & Technology at Kennesaw Mountain High School is a Georgia STEM Certified and AdvancEd STEM Certified program. Students enter the Academy as freshmen through a competitive application process and progress through the coursework at an accelerated rate so that they can participate in courses beyond those found in traditional high schools. Freshmen complete cross-curricular literature reviews, compete in an Inventure Challenge, earn Microsoft Specialist (MOS) Certification, and interview STEM professionals as part of a semester-long project. All of this is to prepare for the rigorous coursework to come.
