Get started with Robotics at Olathe South High School

Olathe South High School was established in 1981, the second high school in the Olathe school district. Our school was recognized as a National School of Excellence for the 1990-91 school year by the U.S. Department of Education, becoming the first high school in Olathe to earn this recognition. Our school hosts three 21st Century Academies. These are programs developed by the Olathe School District to give students the ability to develop specific skills and interests. The three programs Olathe South hosts are: Computer Science Academy Business Finance Academy Bioengineering Academy The Falcons compete in the Sunflower League and are classified as a 6A school. Throughout its history, Olathe South has won 16 state championships in various sports.
